SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING:
All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. We ship using multiple delivery partners including Canada Post, UPS etc. A carrier will be assigned to your order at the time of shipping. When available, Express Shipping is the default service available to orders shipping in Canada (excluding remote locations). A shipment email will be sent to the provided email address once the tracking number is generated. We only ship to Canadian addresses.
CANCELLATION:
Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action and is not always possible once an order has been placed. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team as soon as possible.
RETURN:
Your satisfaction with Allkidz purchase is important to us. For online purchases made directly from SHOP.ALLKIDZCANADA.COM you may request a return. Returns must comply with our return policy:
- Returns must be initiated within 21 days of the date of purchase.
- Returned items must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
- The shipping cost of returning items to us is at the customer’s expense.
- Only one return would be accepted at one order transaction.

Please note that clearance items, as well as short-dated and expired product are not eligible for a return.
